Day 30
Shadowing
Two deployments alongside a senior engineer. You can run the survey checklist unaided and stand up a demo environment on our stack.
Careers at ZAZTEK International
We deploy surveillance, networks, data centres and custom software across Pakistan — and we do it by putting an engineer inside the client's operation until the system works. If that sounds like how you'd rather work, read on.
Why here
ZAZTEK has been building infrastructure since 2005. We're deliberately small, which means nobody here does one narrow slice of a project.
Networks, servers, surveillance and application development in the same week. You won't specialise yourself into a corner.
You survey it, cost it, build it, train on it, and stand behind it. No handing work to a delivery team you never meet.
BOQ generation, AI assistants, documentation pipelines — built in house, so you arrive at a client better equipped than the competition.
Your first six months
This is the actual progression we manage against. No vague probation, no moving target.
Day 30
Two deployments alongside a senior engineer. You can run the survey checklist unaided and stand up a demo environment on our stack.
Day 90
You run one end to end with review at each phase. Your survey report, BOQ and user manual go to a client without heavy rewriting.
Day 180
Deployments without review except at BOQ sign-off, and at least one customisation of yours has been promoted into the core product.
Open positions
We hire one engineer at a time, run a full deployment with them, then hire the next. It keeps the training real.
You work at the client's site — surveying buildings, costing the BOQ, installing networks and cameras, customising our PHP/MySQL platforms to how that organisation actually runs, and training their staff until they don't need us.
Accepting applications
Helps but not required: Hikvision / Dahua / Unifi, structured cabling, rack and power work, LLM APIs, Firebase, React or Next.js. Salary is matched to what you can do and reviewed at six months; travel, fuel and site allowance are paid on top.
