Petrol price reduced by 14 paise, HSD’s by Rs1.89
ISLAMABAD: The ex-depot petrol price has dropped by 14 paise to Rs387.40 per litre from Rs387.54 per litre, while High Speed Diesel (HSD) fell by Rs1.89 to Rs400.35 per litre from Rs402.24, effective for October 1. Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) states that the change in price is necessitated by global events including changes in Platts rates, premiums, incidentals etc. During last seven days, the average petrol price has been reduced to USD 127.74 per barrel (compared to USD 127.74 per bbl on September 30), while HSD decreased to USD 110.68 per barrel from USD 111.76 per bbl.
