SPL holds 61st AGM, reporting gross profit of Rs1,585m
KARACHI: The shareholders of Security Papers Limited (SPL) reviewed and approved the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026, reporting a gross profit of PKR 1,585 million, profit before tax of PKR 1,598 million and a net profit of PKR 907 million, resulting in earnings per share of PKR 15.31. SPL held its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its Registered Office in Karachi. The meeting was chaired by Mohammad Aftab Manzoor, Chairman of the Board.
