Commissioner orders steps to curb dog-bite incidents
KARACHI: Commissioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naqvi has directed district administrations to intensify measures to prevent dog-bite incidents in the city and ensure the availability of anti-rabies vaccines and treatment facilities at designated hospitals. Chairing a meeting with Deputy Commissioners, Naqvi reviewed the functioning of Dog Bite Centres, vaccine availability and measures to control the stray-dog population.
