CM sets target for completion of 5,734 water filtration plants
LAHORE: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has set a target for the completion of 5,734 water filtration plants by June 2027, reiterating that access to clean drinking water is the fundamental right of every citizen. Chairing a meeting of the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority, the chief minister assigned the responsibility of monitoring water filtration plants to the respective assistant commissioners.
