Govt decreases petrol price by Rs2.93, increases diesel's by Re0.61 per litre
The government on Monday reduced the price of petrol by Rs2.93 to Rs395.37 per litre, while increasing the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Re0.61 to Rs396.85 per litre, effective from Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) revised the ex-depot prices of petroleum products under the federal government’s petroleum pricing mechanism, according to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division.
