Tariq Kirmani steps down as PRL chairman on health grounds
Tariq Kirmani has resigned as chairman and director of Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) on health grounds, effective October 9, 2026. The listed refinery informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in a filing on Monday. “We would like to inform you that Tariq Kirmani (independent director) has resigned as chairman and director from the Board of Directors of Pakistan Refinery Limited on health grounds with effect from October 9, 2026,” read the notice.
