ATC rejects Imaan’s & Chattha’s adjournment request
ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday rejected a request by the lawyers of human rights lawyer Imaan Zainab Mazari and her husband advocate Hadi Ali Chattha, to adjourn the hearing of a case pertaining to allegations of violating a security protocol and assaulting police personnel until next week. Duty ATC Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case in the absence of ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra, who was on leave.
