Financial inclusion index rises to 59.5: SBP

KARACHI: Pakistan’s financial inclusion index rose to 59.5 in 2025 from preceding year’s 58.1, reflecting a further expansion in access to and use of formal financial services across the country. The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) released the results of the Pakistan Financial Inclusion Index (P-FII) for the year 2025. The index, which serves as a comprehensive metric for capturing the extent of financial inclusion in the country, is recorded at 59.5, growing from 58.1 in 2024.
